Vine Community Church Worship Building
Liberty Geotech provided geotechnical engineering services for the Vine Community Church Worship Building project in Spokane County, Washington. The work included subsurface exploration, laboratory testing, and engineering analysis to evaluate soil conditions for the proposed building and site improvements. Geotechnical recommendations were developed for shallow foundations, subgrade preparation, pavement design, and stormwater considerations. The project also involved coordination with the civil design team to support site grading and drainage plans for the building, parking areas, and associated infrastructure.

Wenatchee Urban Industrial Way
Liberty Geotech performed geotechnical exploration and evaluation for a proposed Allan Block retaining wall. The project includes excavation and placement of structural fill to support a wall with a maximum height of approximately 26 feet. Subsurface conditions were evaluated to develop design parameters and support wall stability.

CDA River I-90 Bridge
Liberty Geotech provided observation and testing services for a bridge project in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, which included both impact-driven piles on land and vibratory-driven piles in water. Our team observed pile installation using vibratory and impact diesel hammers to document installation procedures and driving conditions. In addition, a static load test was performed on a production pile, reaching a maximum test load of 417,000 pounds to evaluate axial capacity and performance. The testing and observations were conducted to support design verification and confirm that the installed piles meet project requirements.

Latah Glen Residential Community
Liberty Geotech provided construction materials testing and observation services for a large residential development project. The scope included soil/base, hot mix asphalt (HMA), and cement concrete sampling, along with full-time observation during mass grading and utility installation. In-place density testing was performed to verify compaction for over 100 residential lots and associated roadway improvements, supporting compliance with project requirements.

Spokane Airport Water Tower
Liberty Geotech performed geotechnical exploration, excavation observations, and analysis for an elevated water tower near Spokane International Airport. The structure consists of an approximately 3.6-million-gallon tank supported on an 85-foot-diameter concrete ring foundation, with an overall height of about 114 feet. Our team completed over 15 borings ranging from 5 to 25 feet in depth using a CME45 drill rig and SANY mini-excavator to support foundation design and site characterization.

Montana- Three Forks Project
Liberty Geotech provided geotechnical drilling and evaluation services for a residential project in Three Forks, Montana, encompassing approximately 570 linear feet of drilling across 12 properties. Fieldwork was conducted under cold-weather conditions, with temperatures ranging from approximately -11°F at night to 30°F during the day. The investigation focused on evaluating subsurface conditions contributing to foundation distress, where several homes exhibited heaving associated with expansive clay soils. The collected data will be used to support recommendations for mitigation and foundation performance improvements.
