Liberty Geotech provides geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, laboratory testing, and environmental site assessments (ESA) throughout the Spokane, Coeur d’Alene, and Sandpoint areas.

Founded in June 2019 by Ben Vance, P.E., Liberty Geotech began in a spare bedroom and garage in Liberty Lake. From these humble beginnings, the company has grown with a vision of expanding opportunities for future entrepreneurial engineers. As Ben shares, “Nothing would bring quite as much satisfaction as seeing others achieve the same level of success.”

Liberty Geotech is committed to building long-term relationships with architects, contractors, and fellow engineers. The firm has completed hundreds of projects across a wide range of site conditions, from soft compressible soils in Sandpoint to steep terrain and lakeshore developments.
